These trail bikes are designed to be multi-use bikes built for flowing jumps from one mound of dirt to another, shore trails and skateparks. Low standover, heavy duty frame with lots of options.
These bikes are built more for flowing mound to mound dirt jumping or trails. They can cross over into street or park riding but more oriented toward jump trails
These bikes are built for street, skatepark and urban riding. But again, these cross over to dirt jumping and even trail riding.
Built for skateparks.
Built to be fast accelerating and for precise handling on a slalom course. Also good for smooth jumping.
These bikes are developed for riders competing in stock bike trials competition or just urban trials riding.

"If efficiency were the only factor demanding attention, it would be fairly simple. During this last decade, the cycling sport has evolved from an endurance sport into a power-endurance sport. The influence of biomechanic and aerodynamic research is gaining importance. The goal is to find a cycling position in which power is maximally converted into motion."

4-bar linkage rear suspension with licensed FSR technology. Adjustable rear wheel travel: 90mm – 101mm (3.5 in. – 4.0 in.).
Short chainstays for quick acceleration and more maneuverability.
New smaller hydroformed down tube for weight reduction.
Formed top tube shape for reduced stand over height. Low BB height for lower center of gravity and nimble handling.
The Horst Link is a term for a four-bar rear suspension which attached the rear axle to the seat stay instead of the swingarm. Horst Leitner, the link's namesake, discovered that the design separates braking and pedaling forces from the rear suspension. Instead of chain tension and braking, causing "brake jack" or pedal "kick back", the Horst Link allows the wheel to move freely in a vertical path. In fact, the Horst Link will cycle up and down with the rear tire locked nearly as well as it will when it is rolling, because the axle is on the seatstay and the seatstay is "decoupled" from the suspension. A Horst Link design is often referred to as a "fully active" system, meaning it's free to compress and rebound at all times, both when the rider is in the saddle and standing up. Not only is the suspension independent from chain forces under pedaling loads, but it allows you to maintain an efficient pedal stroke since the suspension action has no effect on it.

comments: il comble tout a fait les défauts qu'avait le modèle 2004 (peut être voir pour réduire un peu l'angle de chasse) mais tellement confortable et joueur, un vrai Norco sans aucun doute.

comments: whats up I got an a line a that thing has held up to just about everything I can throw at it although my a-line is built up at about 50 pounds it handles like a dream even in technical tight sections. the only thing wrong with it was the suspension spring is soft (i only weigh about 145 pounds so I'm not fat) but that is almost a given with spring shocks so yeah I love this bike.
