One Year Limited Warranty

NORCO Products Ltd. (hereinafter called NORCO) warrants the replacement or repair at its sole option of any original part due to defect in material and/or workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. Such Purchase must be documented by presentation of the original sales slip or other proof of purchase by the original owner. Transportation and dealer labour charges are not covered hereunder.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Norco warrants the frame against defects in material and/or workmanship pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined above, for the duration of the original ownership following the date of purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of the original sales receipt must be presented by the original owner in order for this warranty to apply.

Limited Five Year Warranty

Norco Warrants all full-suspension & Composite frames against defects in material and/or workmanship pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined above, for a period of five years of the original ownership following the date of purchase.
Suspension forks are not considered part of the frame, and are therefore not covered under the terms of the frame warranty. Each fork manufacturer designates a specific warranty policy for their product, which is written in the specific Suspension Fork Owners Manual included with each NORCO bike. If you do not receive this manual from your dealer at time of purchase, please make sure to request it.

Failure of any frame or component due to accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear, stunt riding, bicycle racing or competitive event, commercial use, rental use, improper assembly, improper fit, maintenance and/or assembly by any other than an authorized NORCO dealer or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the bicycle as sold, are not covered by this warranty.

Due to the nature of the sport of mountain biking, and as the limits for the sport are pushed further and further, it is impossible to foresee every type of abuse a bike may see on a daily basis. Because of the increased abuse extreme mountain biking causes, frame and component wear is accelerated, and resulting breakage will not be covered under this warranty. Everything has its breaking point, and the bigger you go, the sooner you'll reach it. It's a simple law of physics and, try as we might, there is no way around it.

There are no other warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by NORCO. The exclusive liability of NORCO and/or any of its authorized dealers, affiliates or agents pursuant to this warranty shall be replacement or repair of the defective part. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded hereunder.
