Shredding the Pump Track on a Runner
The concept of training wheels as a learning tool is on its way out… The Runner is the new way to learn how to ride a bike. The Runner is a kids bike that has no pedals, no cranks and no BB. It is a bike that a child can use to push themselves around and learn balance at an extremely young age. Being able to sit down and touch the ground gives the safety of training wheels with the freedom and valuable skill of balance a full on bicycle offers. Kids as young as 2 years old can jump on a runner and will never look back!
If this was around when I was a kid, maybe I wouldn’t have gotten to know the rose bushes so well???

OMG- well i got my little guy 18 month old a Norco Run Bike. WE whento the local bike store Hub Cycle in Truro with plans to get him a Tricycle and the girl working brough out these tricycles and he looked at them then when right to the bike boy bikes saying “bike” “bike” “bike” “bike” the girl asked if we though about a run bike? then she let me show you.. she showed us a u-tube video of thes kids that were his size riding a run bike.. then she when and got one out.. she put it down infront of him and he just then said bike bike bike.. got on it.. and put his little hands on the handle bars and started walk/ ride it really slowly.. but he instintivly knew how to use it.. it was sold right then and then.
we have it in the house.. and when he wnatsto use it.. he goes and get his bike helmet “hat” “hat” “hat” then gets on his “bike” “bike” “bike”
He is still a little nervious of it.. but get very very excited with lots of laughter and smiles when het gets on his run bike. Each day he is getting bet and beter at using it.
It is a lot difrent then wheni learned to ride a bike.. one of my traing wheels cam off and I landed in a thorn bush infront of this house down the road..
I think that he really likes his Norco run bike mabe as much as I enjoy seeing him use it.
