Jeff Faulds Intro

My name I Jeff and I am an avid cyclist with many years of riding and racing under my belt. This ride will be the biggest and longest ride I have ever embarked on but for a cause like this it by far worth it. The ride is The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Princess Margaret. It is a cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls that is a leader in the fight against cancer. Yes that over 220kms in only 2 days. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!

I have known several people diagnosed cancer including close friends and family members. Most of them have now been beat by the disease including a high school buddy and grandparents. With something like cancer being so big and effecting the lives of almost everyone, we need to do all we can together to fight against it. I am sure you also know a friend or have a family member who has been diagnosed with Cancer. Its time we put an end to it, its time we all work together to fight it. Please help, make a donation today, and be apart of the cure and the end of Cancer.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am riding for:

Sean – A good friend of mine who had a cancerous tumor in his brain. He is doing well now after it was removed less than a year ago.

Nick – A friend and fellow bicycle racer who was diagnosed with leukemia at 16 years old less than a year ago. He is fighting hard and has almost beat his cancer.

Kyle – a close friend of mine from high school. At only 15 years old he lost his battle with cancer.

My Grandmother – she was diagnosed with cancer back just before I was born. She has beat the cancer but it did its damage to her. She is still fighting the after effects of the cancer and thankfully is still with us today. But the damage from the cancer has made the past several years hard on her.

My wife’s Grandparents – My wife has lost 3 grandparents to cancer. some when she was so young she only has a couple memories from them and 1 just a couple years ago. Her father has also had a long battle with cancer.

Please Donate today and let me know who you are donating for?
