Overview

Norco Bicycles, in conjunction with the United States Consumer Products Safety Commission and Health Canada is conducting a voluntary recall of the Samox AC-30 crankset installed on the above-mentioned Norco Youth Bicycle models.

There is a possibility that the Samox AC-30 model crank with a 140 or 152 mm length can bend or break during normal riding. LTP Sports Group Inc, recommends that consumers stop riding these bicycles immediately and return the bike to the nearest Norco Bicycle dealer who will install a new replacement AC-13 crank.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

Immediately check your bicycle for the crankset model and length in the areas shown in the photographs above. If you have the affected AC-30 crankset please STOP riding your bicycle and contact your local bicycle dealer to arrange installation of a free of charge replacement AC-13 crank.

If you have any questions, please contact your local Norco dealer
