Bio

Growing up in the Vancouver Island Village of Cumberland usually means one thing; according to Carter Woods: You are growing up on two wheels. With access to world class trails just steps from his front door, it’s no wonder his love for mountain biking has gotten him to where he is today. Carter has always had a great sense of adventure and loves spending time outdoors and planning his next step.  Excited to start his first U23 season with the Norco Factory Team, Carter brings back-to-back National Junior XCO titles and a 4th place at the 2019 World Championships. Employing a multi-discipline approach to cycling, Cater has also also captured a Junior National Cyclocross championship and a podium finish at the Pam Am Games. This is going to be an exciting ride for Carter with his new Norco Factory Team as he tackles the U23 ranks on the World Cup circuit.
