Torrent Full Suspension Aluminum frame

The Torrent's custom-formed, double-butted aluminum frame delivers stability, strength and stiffness in a lightweight design. By using size scaled tubing, we maintain the same frame stiffness across all sizes, allowing us to provide the handling characteristics we intended for and ensuring the same ride feel and handling characteristics across all frame sizes.

Gravity Tune

To ensure riders of all sizes achieve an optimal weight distribution, the rear centre length of each frame size increases proportionately to the front centre length. This gives all riders the ability to maintain a centred body position resulting in predictable grip as well as improved handling, stability and control.

Suspension design optimized for all-mountain purposes

One of the design mandates for the Torrent FS was to offer maximum grip and control for climbing and descending. To achieve this goal, we used upper trunnion mounted rear shocks to improve small bump compliance so you can tackle steep, loose climbs with ease. A progressive leverage ratio offering mid-stroke support and bottom-out protection gives you the confidence to attack any trail.

Optimal traction and control

The larger air volume of the 27.5" x 2.8" tires provides a larger contact patch on the trail, increasing traction and control when the trails get rough and technical.
