2018-12-10 08:30:55
As announced earlier this week, Norco Bicycles and Live to Play Sports will be the title sponsors of the Norco Canadian Enduro Series and the primary supporter of the Norco Canadian Enduro Development Team for the 2019 race season! We are excited to introduce this year's team, which is comprised of four of the top up-and-coming Enduro racers in the country, and their coach Ted Morton, a well-established EWS racer himself. The Norco Canadian Enduro Development team will be racing on Norco bicycles, equipped with components from Spank, TRP, and e*Thirteen, and will be wearing protection from IXS and footwear from Five Ten. We know that the support from these top-level brands will help these athletes excel and progress to the top of their sport.

The athletes on the Norco Canadian Enduro Development Team are:

One of Canada’s fastest Enduro racers, Max will be competing at all NCES events, as well as several EWS stages. He is aiming to be the 2019 Canadian Enduro Champion, and looking to break into the top-10 in the EWS Pro rankings.

This young rider has already proven himself at EWS events in Whistler with a 13th overall in U21, and is planning to climb the rankings again this year. Despite his young age, Jacob is a cornerstone of his local cycling community in Vernon, BC, racing, trail-building, and filming for local resorts and ride groups.

The 2018 Canadian National Enduro U21 Champion, Evan’s signature big-mountain style makes his races as fun to watch as they are impressive. A dedicated trail builder in his hometown of Revelstoke, BC, Evan inspires younger riders by leading group rides and volunteering for local cycling events.
