  • Norco Optic A9.1 Reviewed by Mountain Bike Australia

    September 19, 2016

Mountain Biking Australia recently reviewed the Norco Optic A9.1 for its August/September/October issue, and they were unapologetically enthusiastic about what the bike has to offer.

Calling the Optic “simply a superb bike for the type of riding that we all do on a day-to-day basis,” the magazine noted that trail bikes are making a comeback:

“…there’s a lot to be said for riding a bike with less travel and pushing it harder rather than ambling along on an excess of squish; enter the new Norco Optic.”

The reviewer praised Norco for including a dropper post on every model in the Optic line, as well as the suspension performance:

“When it comes to soaking up bumps, the rear suspension on the Optic A9.1 is almost certainly the best feeling rear suspension I’ve come across on a mid-travel 29er.”
